Gary, IN; Youngstown, OH; Oakland, CA; Cleveland, OH; Philadelphia, PA; Camden, NJ; Compton, CA; Detroit, MI; St. Louis, MO). Flint, MI had a Republican mayor in 2005.


And why are 9 out of 10 fastest dying cities also run by Democrats?
